Tests Catalog

We are publishing several ability tests, all of them are designed and administrated using the Item Response Theory:

Advanced Progressive Matrices (APM)
This test is designed to measure the test-taker's reasoning ability, the eductive ("meaning-making") component of Spearman's g. In each test item, the candidate is asked to identify the missing element that completes a pattern. All patterns are presented in the form of a 6x6 matrix.
Analogies (AN)
This test is a high-level mental ability test requiring the solution of problems stated as analogies. For each item, the candidate has to choose for a paire of figures wich one follow the rule described by reference paire. It is designed to reflect candidates' analytical thinking.
Logical Sequences (LS)
This test involves item sequences and tests the candidate ability to think logically and analytically.

The personality tests are general purpose tests :

Psychometra's Integrity Test (N30)
This test measures the candidate on the well-known 5 big fives traits, and add an integrity component.
