We give rating to high potentials based on abilities and personality traits to reduce risk in the human ressource field and to help taking the right hiring decisions.

What is our Rating?

Our rating is a forward-looking opinions about recruitment risk. Psychometra applies its own methodology in measuring professional success potential and uses a specific rating scale to publish its ratings opinions. Typically, ratings are expressed as letter grades that range, for example, from AAA to D to communicate ours opinion of relative level of recruitment risk.

What types of tests?

We are rating people based on several criteria, like fluid intelligence and abstract reasoning abilities, integrity and business ethics, ability to learn and adaptability ... All our test can be taken from home and are cheat-proof. We are a member of the Britisch Psychological Association.

What do the letter ratings mean?

The general meaning of our rating opinions is summarized below.
AAA — Extremely strong capacity to meet professional commitments. Highest Rating.
AA— Very strong capacity to meet professional commitments.
A— Strong capacity to meet professional commitments, but somewhat susceptible to adverse job conditions and changes in circumstances.
BBB— Adequate capacity to meet professional commitments, but subject to adverse job conditions.
BBB-— Adequate capacity to meet professional commitments, but subject to adverse job conditions and difficult team composition.
BB+— Adequate capacity to meet professional commitments, but subject to adverse job conditions, difficult team composition and negativ behaviour in some business contexts.
BB— Less vulnerable in the near-term but faces major ongoing uncertainties to adverse business context, team and job conditions.
B— More vulnerable to adverse job and team conditions but currently has the capacity to meet professional commitments.
CCC— Currently vulnerable and dependent on favorable working environnement, team and business conditions to meet professional commitments.
CC— Currently highly vulnerable to complex working environment.
C— Currently highly vulnerable to complex assignements and tasks, with difficulties to reach professional commitments without robust professional guidance.
D— General difficulties forecasted to deliver professional expectations.
Note: Ratings from AA to CCC may be modified by the addition of a plus (+) or minus (-) sign to show relative standing within the major rating categories.

Can we summarize someone with a rating?

For sure, a rating is not enough to embrace human complexity. However, our rating gives a simple way to compare candidates and to reduce risk. For more complex analysis, we are also providing job specific psychometric tests.
